Rules for accounts, products, work, and payments

Last updated June 1, 2026. These terms apply when you access Kal Shop, purchase BUG Studio products, or use protected marketplace features.

Kal Shop takes a fixed 12% commission from sales, completed jobs, tasks, tools, addons, scripts, source files, 3D models, and service payments made through the platform.

Work and payment protection apply only when orders, review, delivery, and payment remain inside Kal Shop and are available for human review.

Kal Shop is not responsible for fraud, unpaid work, or losses caused by users moving deals outside the platform.

1. Operator and acceptance

Kal Shop is operated by BUG Studio. By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the site footer.

2. Product and marketplace scope

Kal Shop presents BUG Studio apps, addons, licenses, and digital downloads alongside protected marketplace listings and service workflows. Product pages must describe the included files, license scope, delivery method, and price before purchase.

Third-party sellers remain responsible for their own listings, rights, delivery, and support obligations. Kal Shop may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings.

3. On-platform protection and commission

Users must keep communication, orders, deliveries, payments, disputes, and reviews inside Kal Shop to receive platform review and payment protection. Kal Shop records a fixed 12% commission on completed marketplace sales, jobs, tasks, tools, addons, scripts, source files, 3D models, and service work.

4. BUG Studio checkout through Paddle

When a BUG Studio product or subscription is explicitly offered through Paddle Checkout, Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle processes that payment, applicable taxes, billing support, and eligible refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle checkout is separate from third-party marketplace seller settlement.

5. Digital delivery and licenses

Digital packages and license keys may be delivered through the signed-in account workspace. Users must not share, resell, bypass, or misuse license keys except where a product page expressly permits transfer or additional seats.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

Security and modding content is limited to ethical utilities, research, server safety, recovery, and approved modding. Malware, cheats, theft, account abuse, credential stealing, protection bypasses, fraudulent listings, and unlawful content are prohibited.

7. Off-platform activity

Kal Shop cannot review or guarantee deals moved outside the platform. Users accept the risk of fraud, unpaid work, missing delivery, and lost dispute support when they move communication or payment off-platform.
