How Kal Shop handles account and order data

Last updated June 1, 2026. Kal Shop collects only the information needed for accounts, orders, licenses, support, fraud prevention, and human review.

Kal Shop takes a fixed 12% commission from sales, completed jobs, tasks, tools, addons, scripts, source files, 3D models, and service payments made through the platform.

Work and payment protection apply only when orders, review, delivery, and payment remain inside Kal Shop and are available for human review.

Kal Shop is not responsible for fraud, unpaid work, or losses caused by users moving deals outside the platform.

1. Information we collect

We may collect profile information, email addresses, verification evidence, listing data, order history, protected downloads, license activations, support messages, moderation records, payment references, and security audit logs.

2. Why we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, review sellers, deliver purchases, validate licenses, respond to support requests, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations.

3. Payments and service providers

Card details are entered with the checkout provider and are not stored by Kal Shop. For BUG Studio products explicitly sold through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment data under its privacy policy. Kal Shop stores provider references and the marketplace records needed for delivery, licensing, support, and audits.

4. Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers, payment processors, administrators, and legal authorities where needed to operate the service or comply with law. Records are retained only as long as required for the purpose collected, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.
