Refund policy
Refunds, digital delivery, and dispute review
Last updated June 1, 2026. Review the process for BUG Studio purchases, protected marketplace activity, and digital product access.
Kal Shop takes a fixed 12% commission from sales, completed jobs, tasks, tools, addons, scripts, source files, 3D models, and service payments made through the platform.
Work and payment protection apply only when orders, review, delivery, and payment remain inside Kal Shop and are available for human review.
Kal Shop is not responsible for fraud, unpaid work, or losses caused by users moving deals outside the platform.
1. Requesting a refund
Send refund requests to zelda.kalonline@gmail.com with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Delivery status, download access, license activation, task evidence, communication history, and applicable law are considered during review.
2. BUG Studio products purchased through Paddle
When a BUG Studio product is explicitly sold through Paddle Checkout, Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Eligible refund requests are handled under the Paddle refund policy. Buyers can also locate and manage eligible purchases through paddle.net.
3. Digital products and licenses
Digital refunds are reviewed carefully after file access or license activation. Approved refunds may disable download access, revoke license keys, and remove future update access. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
4. Protected marketplace disputes
Marketplace disputes require evidence available inside Kal Shop. Admins may review order state, protected delivery, messages, revisions, and task history before approving a refund, release, or other resolution.
5. Off-platform agreements
Deals moved outside Kal Shop cannot be verified and do not receive Kal Shop payment protection, dispute review, or delivery guarantees.
